Rest in comfy living set with bulit in recliners and back massagers

Open the door and step into the main living area of our Disney area vacation rental villa with its high ceilings, open floor plan and sliding glass door leading to the pool/deck area. Chattysdream offers an environment to enjoy family life while some swim, play in the games room, watch tv, cook, or just rest and dream about today & tomorrow. Main area, kitchen, and bathrooms are have tile floors and all bedrooms are carpeted. And the best news is that our villa is just a short ride from the Disney Parks, Seaworld, Universal Studios and everything else that Florida offers.
Our pet free and non-smoking Disney Orlando Florida area villa is designed to accomodate a maximum of eight.

The private pool, spa, deck and lania have wonderful plantings outside the screened enclosure to add Floridian ambience. The pool has roman steps and is larger than the norm, being 30 x 15. The white deck has comfy chaise lounges & chairs in addition to four chairs/table in the covered lania with a ceiling fan and light overhead. Come on down and grab a chair pool side or relax in the spa, or swim in the pool while watching a sunset in beautiful Florida. By the way, we have included underwater pool lights so you can swim under the sun or under the stars. Oh, if you hear some bangs in the sky around 9 pm, don't panic, most likely it's just fireworks at the Disney Parks. Often you can hear'em but you can never see'em. Pool heat is recommended from November-May at a nightly rate of $15.

 
The spacious and tastefully decorated living room includes a couch with duel power recliners with built heated back massagers plus a power reclining chair and a loveseat has two manual reclining chairs. Our oversized full entertainment center includes a 50 inch flat screen HD TV,  DVD player and lots of board games. Enjoy everything offers by day then relax at home at night.

The dining table offers formal dining for six plus two more the breakfast counter,

Eat in or eat out-you choose. Our kitchen has recessed lighting, a solar sun tunnnel for natural light and includes everything you need(and more!). There is a full size electric stove with four top burners and oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, 12 cup coffee maker plus a Keurig Coffee machine for that single cup, a Crock Pot for cooking while at the Parks, microwave, blender, toaster, place settings and dishes for 8, full set of pots and pans, baking casseroles, utensils, dishwasher, waste disposal, pantry and plenty of counter space plus a breakfast bar with two swivel bar stools. Of course, I usually steal this space for my laptop when I am not out by the pool playing music on my laptop . We have tried to think of everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or snacks and of course there is a Super Wal-Mart, Publixs Grocery store, CVS and Wal-greens just down the street for all your shopping needs.
